Send us the property details and the work you need. We’ll follow up to discuss scope, pricing, and scheduling.
What happens next
- We review the scope.
- You receive a quote and proposed schedule.
- We complete the approved work.
Scheduling depends on availability, access to the property, and the scope of work. Faster timelines, such as next-day or two-day turnovers, may be possible for some jobs and are always subject to availability and project scope.

FAQ
Questions about property turnover services
What information do you need for a quote?
The property address or neighborhood, the type of space, the number of units or spaces, the work you want done, and your target completion date. A short description of the current condition and a few photos make the quote more accurate.
What kinds of properties do you work on?
Vacant apartments in single-unit and multifamily buildings, and retail or small commercial spaces being prepared between tenants in New York City.
What work can be included in a turnover?
Deep cleaning, painting and touch-ups, basic repairs and make-ready work, and coordination of the approved scope. Work that needs a licensed trade or specialist is discussed separately and only included when confirmed.
How is scheduling determined?
By our availability, when we can access the property, and how much work the scope involves. A proposed schedule comes with your quote. Faster timelines may be possible for some jobs, subject to availability and project scope.
Do you move furniture or tenant belongings?
No. Empire Turnover is a property turnover service, not a moving company. We prepare vacant spaces between occupants and do not offer household moving, packing, or relocation.
Does the unit need to be empty?
Yes. The service is designed for vacant units and spaces after the previous occupant has moved out and before the next one moves in.
How is pricing set?
Each quote is based on the size and condition of the space and the work requested. We do not publish flat rates because two units of the same size can need very different work.
