Scope
What shapes your quote
Every turnover is priced on the actual space. These are the details we look at first.
Service availability depends on the property, its location, and the work requested.
- Size of the unit or space and number of rooms
- Condition after the previous occupant moved out
- Whether walls need touch-ups or a full repaint
- Repairs on your punch list and any parts needed
- Building access, elevator rules, and working hours
- Your target date for showing or handing over the space
